Outernational Radio Show 14th October 2011

Greetings And welcome to this week’s installment of Outernational the radio show blasting reggae music from all over the world. This is Haji Mike, hold tight, big up all the DJ’s as long as u follow these wise words from Earl 16 every thing will be irie…

It’s always good to hear from Zion Train, here’s a couple of dubs from their recent release ‘State of Mind’ – ‘Rainbow Children’ and ‘Tribute to Shura’

The recent passing of reggae legend Leonard Dillon shocked the world of reggae. As the founder and lead singer of The Ethiopians Leonard Dillon played a crucial role in the transition from ska to rock steady. Many of The Ethiopians songs had Rasta themes. This a special Outernational tribute to Leonard Dillon – Rest in Peace – Back to back -‘The Whip’,’Train to Skaville’ and ‘Things a get bad to worse every day’.

Such wise words from Leonard Dillon, as true today as they were when they were first recorded. This is Outernational, Haji Mike on the mike, we are staying in a revival mode with Ranking Dread.

This is another dub chapter, from Zion Train, Matrameru

Classic lovers rock now, from the Trojan label, Hortense Ellis,  June Powell and The J.Sisters……

We are  finishing off this week’s Outernational Session with a little version excursion from Michael Prophet and Scientist, a tuff tune for testing out whatever kind of speakers, sound system, hi-fi, PA, this is the one to push the frequencies to the max. Big up all the reggae massive world wide, this is Haji Mike signing out – One Love!
